Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VoMini account and associated personal data from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open VoMini and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and confirm permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent. Export or save anything you want to keep before confirming.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or use the in-app deletion option, email zolotarevgroup@vominiapp.com with the subject VoMini account deletion. If possible, write from the email address connected to your VoMini account and identify that address in your request.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send us your password, payment-card number, or Google account password.

3. What deletion covers

Once the request is verified and processed, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with the VoMini account, including:

  • Account and profile identifiers, including the email address stored with the account.
  • Dictionaries, categories, flashcards, notes, preferences, learning history, and progress.
  • User-uploaded images, audio, and other files stored for VoMini features.
  • Session, notification, and app-specific backend records that are no longer required.

4. Information that may remain temporarily or separately

  • Deleted information may remain for a limited period in protected backups until the normal backup rotation removes it.
  • We may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or support records where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained.
  • Google Play, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Meta, Google/Firebase, and other service providers may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

5. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription

Deleting VoMini or deleting your account does not automatically stop an active Google Play subscription.

To avoid future renewal charges, manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play before deleting the account. You can open Google Play subscriptions while signed in to the Google account used for the purchase.

Store purchase and billing records are controlled by Google Play and may remain in your Google account after VoMini account deletion.
